Duke Nukem Won’t Be Delayed Forever

So it turns out that that game going by the name of Duke Nukem Forever that also had the reputation of being delayed forever is going to actually be released. This news came straight out of PAX earlier today and there were actually attendees playing the game. Of course now seeing pigs flying on my way to NIU this morning make a little more sense.

So when will you be able to get your hands on this game which has been in production for such a long time it could probably get a driver’s license. According to 2K Games twitter account “Duke Nukem Forever is a video game that you can play in 2011!” So I would assume this game will be released next year sometime. The game is currently being developed by Gearbox who are the same people that created Borderlands in case you didn’t already know.

Those of you that pre ordered Duke Nukem Forever from GameStop back in 2001 should probably dust off your receipt and be prepared to finally play this game. Personally I think those of you that preordered this game years ago should get some sort of special DLC or something.
